Your brand throughout
How it works
From workspace to measurable outcomes in five steps.
A clear path from setup to reporting, with your team in control at every stage.
Step 1: Provision
We set up your organisation workspace, plan and first administrator.
Step 2: Brand
Add your logo, brand colour, locale and time zone.
Step 3: Build programmes
Create programmes, modules, activities, assessments and completion rules.
Step 4: Enrol
Open cohorts, assign instructors and enrol learners individually or by import.
Step 5: Measure
Track progress, review work, issue records and export reports.
Three experience layers
The right view for every person, and nothing more.
Platform operators, organisation administrators and learners each work in a separate experience, with access enforced by role and organisation.
Platform console
For Expervia platform operators
- Provision, suspend and restore organisations
- Assign plans, limits and entitlements
- Audit events and scoped support access
Organisation console
For each customer's administrators
- Branding, people and role assignments
- Programmes, cohorts, assessments and records
- Reports, exports, plan and usage
Learning experience
For learners, instructors and managers
- Learners see only their own programmes
- Instructors see only assigned cohorts
- Managers see only their team's progress
Verified completion records
Learning that ends in a record anyone can check.
Completion records are issued only when the criteria you set are met. Each carries a non-guessable reference that employers and partners can verify, showing only the minimum information needed.
- Criteria defined per programme, such as required activities and a passed final project
- Public verification shows status, programme, issuer, date and an abbreviated name
- Correction, revocation and reissue are recorded in the audit log
- Records are completion records, not external accreditation

Example using demo data
Use cases
One platform, many ways to run learning.
The same building blocks support very different programmes.
Launch a professional academy
Onboard new staff
Deliver executive education
Run member CPD
Report to programme sponsors
Certify internal capability
Design partner programme
Shape the platform with us.
We are working with a small number of early organisations to shape the platform around real programmes. Design partners get close access to the product team and influence what we build next.
Roles
Clear responsibilities for everyone involved.
People can hold more than one role, and each role sees only what it needs.
- Organisation owner
- Learning administrator
- Instructor
- Learner
- Manager
